CHILDCARE

We encourage parents to consider this as a weekend to receive and be refreshed apart from their kids. We strongly encourage parents to arrange their own childcare for their kid(s).

• We will not be providing supervision or childcare from our team. However, in the event that it is impossible for parents to make other arrangements, we will have our Nursery Room open for a parent to sit in and supervise their children -equipped with basic sound and video of the conference.

• We would consider this option as the last resort as we do not want parents to be hindered or deterred from coming if they are really not able to make other arrangements.

• Parents would also need to supervise their children at all times and should not leave their kids unattended in the nursery room.

• -We would also want to make sure that parents understand that if they bring their kids, they would be expected to make sure that their kids won't cause distraction in the program and service..

We hope this helps and that everyone understands that at this time, this is the best we can offer to accommodate parents who want to attend.
